My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, nothing too fancy but nice, big, and clean. The service provided by the front desk was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The location was great, providing easy access to major freeways and being convenient for the event I was attending. The dining experience was decent, with some good options available. The facilities were satisfactory, meeting my basic needs during my stay.

Upon check-in, Angie, Marie, Eli, Alberto, Eliese, Raphia, Adam, Victor, Jesus, Margarito, Eduardo, and Estrella ensured I had everything for a comfortable stay. The rooms, though very comfortable and upgraded for my diamond status, lacked thorough cleaning. The staff, overall friendly and accommodating, fell short in showing compassion and provided almost scripted responses.
